Do you ship internationally?

For now, I only ship within European Union countries. I hope to expand in the future, but at this stage I’m keeping it local so shipping stays reliable and manageable.

How long will my order take to ship?

2-4 days from your order date.

What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment, I only accept PayPal. This helps keep things simple and secure for both you and me.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

The stickers will, most other items are handmade so some variation in colour and/or shape is expected. Also, colours can look slightly different depending on your screen or device settings. I do my best to photograph items in natural light, but small color variations are normal and to be expected.

I haven’t received my order but tracking says ‘delivered’

I know how stressful this can feel. Please first check with neighbors, your building, or a local post office—sometimes parcels get left in safe spots nearby. I always include the phone number you provide in the shipping label, so the courier may try to contact you directly if they’re unsure where to leave the parcel.

Unfortunatelly, once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, it is typically considered outside of my control. From that point, you’ll need to reach out to the courier directly to track it down or open a claim. I’m happy to share any shipping information I have, but I can’t replace or refund items once they’re confirmed as delivered.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because most pieces are handmade, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please remember that Muzza Mazza is all about humanness—my work is not about mass-production “perfection.” Visible quirks, small imperfections, and little signs of process are what make each item unique. By purchasing, you are supporting an independent designer and maker, not a factory. If you’re looking for flawless uniformity, my work may not be the right fit. But if you celebrate individuality, you’ll love your piece.
