This website and online shop are operated by Muzza Mazza, an independent design studio operated by Catrina Burns (“Muzza Mazza”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions apply when you access, browse or make a purchase through this website (the “Site”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, and that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

Products & Product information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours, prices and other information on the Site are accurate.

However:

Colours may appear differently depending on your screen, browser or device.
Handmade, small-batch, reclaimed, vintage, upcycled or experimental products may have minor variations in colour, texture, finish, shape, scent or packaging.
Product imagery is illustrative unless stated otherwise.
Availability is not guaranteed, and products may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

Where a product is handmade, one-off, made using reclaimed materials, or has intentional variations, those characteristics will be described on the relevant product page where possible.

Prices and availability

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£ GBP).

Muzza Mazza is not currently VAT registered. Prices do not include VAT.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you place your order. We may change product prices, delivery charges, product availability and product details at any time. Changes will not affect an order after we have accepted it, except where there has been an obvious pricing or product-description error.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. A contract between you and Muzza Mazza is formed only when we email you to confirm that your order has been accepted and/or dispatched. We may refuse, cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including where: A product is unavailable. There has been an obvious error in the price or description. We are unable to authorise or process payment. We reasonably believe an order is fraudulent, unauthorised, or intended for resale. Delivery is not available to your address. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item(s).

Payment

Payments are processed through PayPal. We do not directly store or process your full payment-card details.

By using PayPal at checkout, you also agree to PayPal’s applicable terms and policies.

Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

Information about delivery, cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds is set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

By placing an order, you agree to the Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms or our Shipping & Returns Policy affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this Site—including artwork, designs, images, photography, text, graphics, logos, animations, layouts and branding—is owned by or licensed to Muzza Mazza. You may not reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, sell, use commercially, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission. This does not prevent you from sharing a link to the Site or using social-media sharing functions made available by us.

Website use

You must not use the Site: In any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful. To interfere with the Site’s security, operation or accessibility. To introduce viruses, malware, malicious code or other harmful material. To copy, scrape or reproduce Site content without permission. To attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, server, customer data or connected systems. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, updates or operational reasons.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muzza Mazza will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by events outside our reasonable control, including delivery disruption, postal strikes, carrier delays, natural events, internet or platform outages, or problems with third-party services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you place an order will apply to that order. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last changed.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer-protection laws in the country where you live. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory legal rights that apply to you. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.
